WEST POINT CLASS OF 1961 MINI REUNION WORLDTEK TRAVEL CRUISE INFORMATION
REMINDER: The cruise originates Nuremburg on October 05 and ends in Budapest on October 12. The Prague extension begins on October 02 and ends on October 05. The Budapest extension begins on October 12 (the day cruise ends) and ends on October 15. Reserve your flights accordingly. If using frequent traveler miles, you m4s~go directly to the airlines. Air purchased with frequent traveling miles is not covered by insurance. Regarding trip insurance, remember you are covered for up to 15 days of travel at $3000 per person. Let me know if you wish to increase your coverage.
GROUP AIR FARES: We must have a minimum of 10 people traveling together for the entire trip to qualify for group air. For example, several people are leaving from the DC area but unfortunately they do not meet the above criteria as some are doing their own air, others are using advantage miles while others are going to Prague, some are staying in Budapest and some are only doing the cruise dates. Consequently, group air is not a feasible option.
We are in the process of notifying those who indicated on the recent questionnaire that they wanted Worldtek to arrange air travel. If you have not yet heard from Worldtek, contact me to confirm your needs. ONCE YOUR AIRLINE RESERVATIONS are in place (unless we are doing them) you need to advise Worldtek Travel of dates and flight times by email (e.korzick@worldtek.com) fax (203-865-2034) or mail (111 Water street, New Haven, Ct. 06511).
This is essential as it will allow us to determine where TRANSFERS will be needed and if we can do GROUP TRANSFERS; you will be notified accordingly.
EXTEND-A-STAY: You should have been notified by now of your acceptance or waitlist on the Extend-a Stays as indicated below or on the Class cruise web site. If your name is not listed and you applied for a reservation, contact me ASAP. These trips must be paid for by separate check made out to Worldtek Travel. The cost for Prague is $649.00 per person, for Budapest $499 per person. The due date for this is July 01.

OPTIONAL WINE, BEER AND SOFT DRINKS PACKAGE for all onboard lunches and dinners is available at $150 USD per person. No limit as long as these beverages are consumed during lunch and/or dinner ONLY. Please email me if interested. Payment by check would be due to Worldtek Travel by July 01.
