Vita: | After eight years in the Field Artillery, with tours of duty in ROK and RVN, I separated from the service, returned home to Hawaii, went back to school to obtain advanced degrees in Mathematics, Physics/Astronomy, and Education. Have been in public education for 28 years, mostly teaching math. Hobbies, interests: many, but mostly parachuting for almost 40 years . . . have been skydiving and rigging since soon after airborne school. Amateur radio is another of my main interests . . . mostly HF voice and cw. I plan to retire from public school teaching in a few years, then guest leture at the university in one of my areas of study. |
