Resigned commission in 1969; worked for GM from 1969 to 1989; retired from GM. Last position was as Operations Manager, Safety R & D (crash testing, etc.) at GM Proving Ground. Two grandchildren; four step-grandchildren — I consider them all to be my grandchildren. Active in the American Legion (Past District Commander) and the F. & A.M.(Past Master of Lodge twice)
