Annex A: Updating Addresses

In order to better serve you and your class, it is essential that we have the most accurate and up-to-date address for each graduate. While this is a responsibility that we would hope graduates would take upon themselves, any accurate source of address change serves the good of the class and the AOG.

Changing an address is as simple as making a telephone call or sending an e-mail message. If you have information or know of someone who is moving or changing jobs, have them call the AOG. The call can be made to 1-800-232-4723, ext. 1642, or you can send an e-mail message to Address@aogusma.org.

If you would like to mail in a change, click on the link below for a printable form. This link will open a new browser window. When you are finished viewing / printing the form, close that window to return to this page.

You can update the information yourself by clicking on the “Login for added benefits” link on the AOG web page, filling in your Cullum Number (or SSN) and password (with a means for getting it by return e-mail if you don’t know or have forgotten it). Once in, you will have access to a class page that will show you what information we have in our database, which you will be able to update online.
