Online Registration with Credit Card Payment
A Class Reunion web page can be added to the AOG server which will allow you the flexibility you need to do registration on line and provide you with reports on attendance at individual events, links to your hotel, Army Athletics (form for ticket purchase), the AOG Gift Shop for your memorabilia and apparel, etc.; and most importantly allow credit card payment (VISA and MC only). A 5% fee will be added (and should be incorporated into your costs for events, registration, etc.) to cover the cost of processing the credit cards. Any residual funds will go to the Long Gray Line Endowment. We have been advised that if you do the on-line registration with credit cards, you are required to charge the same amount for the registration/events to those paying by check or cash. For full utilization of the automated program you would have to designate someone to enter the registration information for those paying by check or cash into the system so that you will be able to track attendance, income, etc. We also strongly recommend that you state a policy that refunds will not be made until after the reunion.
