The following changes reflect updates to the hard copy of the Class Leaders Handbook that have been made since the last update in January 2005.

1. Page 2 – Contact information for Patty Pfanzelter, Class Support Assistant (vice Joyce Perkins).

2. Section 4, Page 15 – Affinity Program for Flowers removed (program no longer available).

3. Section 4, Page 16 –
a. Changes to AOG and Joint Academy Travel Program section to reflect change in URL for web site and name and number of contact (Danielle Sweet vice Pete Proctor).
b. Virginia deleted as state requiring direct contact for shipping of Signature Wines.
c. Doubletree deleted and IBM Palisades added to Hotels.

4. Section 4, Page 17 – Information relating to receptionist in Herbert Hall deleted. Position no longer authorized.

5. Section 4, Page 18 – Cosmetic changes in program narrative plus the addition of a new program element entitled West Point ePronet.

6. Section 4, Page 19 – AOG Associate Membership fee increased to $100.

7 Section 5, Page 23 – Update of Class Rings now in the USMA Library.

8. Section 5, Page 24 – E-mail address change for Balfour and deletion of ARTCARVED as a separate supplier of the 1999 ring (part of the Balfour corporation).

9. Section 8, Page 37 – Updated reunion dates for 2006, Page 38, Change Gus Fishburne to Vince McDermott.

10. Section 9, Page 39 – Changed to reflect contact information for Patty Pfanzelter, Class Support Assistant (vice Joyce Perkins).

11. Section 10, Page 41 – Memory Book donation minimum increased to $100 and the limitation of contributions to the Memory Book to the Superintendent’s Annual Fund (unrestricted account benefiting USMA) or AOG Long Gray Line Endowment (unrestricted account benefiting AOG).

12. Section 11, Pages 43 and 44 – Changes made to designation of Class Advisors (formerly Class Trustees) based on recent changes in governance bylaws.

13. Annex B, Page B1 – Pricing for large (9x12) envelopes added.

14. Annex E, Page E2 – Addition of new category of distribution list (USMA Class by Society Area Lists) and the removal of an asterixed note indicating that Class Lists by Cadet Company would be moved to a web based form function late in 2003 (action accomplished).

15. Annex F, Page F1, F2 and F3 – Several changes in contacts related to various aspects of reunion planning (e.g. Vince McDermott vice Gus Fishburne and Dave Smith or Mark Castaldo at WorldTek vice Lisa Falango. Also, contact information added for Nicole Corbin for IS support.

16. Annex F, Page F14 – Locator Service (www.militaryusa.com) removed under the “Finding Lost Classmates” listing. New section entitled “Alumni Finder” added (service to assist in finding lost classmates).

17. Annex F, Page F15 – Changes to Entertainment listing and the deletion of Leisure Line under Bus Companies.

18. Annex F, Page 16 – Golf Club house is only available during the off season, the Community House at Round Pond is no longer available, there are Pavilions of various sizes available at Round Pond.

19. Annex F, Page F17 – Changes to Caterers and the addition of TLC Tours as a Reunion Facilitator.

20. Annex F, Page F18 – Elimination of some vendors.

21. Annex F, Page F19 – Updated Hotel listings.

22. Annex I, Page I11 and I12 - Contact name and e-mail address changed to Mr. Londot, dan.londot@usma.edu (vice Mrs. Kilgore), Increase in cost of internal liners for Columbarium niches.

23. Annex I, Page I13 – Increase in cost on internal liners for Columbarium niches.

24. Annex I, Page I14 – Change in telephone numbers for Arlington National Cemetery, address and telephone number change for Army & Air Force Mutual Aide Association, additional lodging information

25. Annex J, Page J1 – Update of listing of available Howitzers and Bugle Notes and other items for sale by DCA.

26. Annex K, Page K1 – Updated list of items and prices for Cadet Store items.

27. Annex M, Page M1 – List of Key Dates for 2006.

28. Annex N, Pages N1, N2 and N3 – Updated contact lists.
