Service Academy Career Conferences--SACC
SACC is operated by the AOG and the alumni organizations of the U.S. Naval Academy, U.S. Coast Guard Academy, U.S. Air Force Academy, and U.S. Merchant Marine Academy. The SACC is exclusively for graduates of USMA and its sister service academies. An interview preparation seminar is held the first evening of the SACC with a job fair following on the second day. At the job fair, USMA graduates may meet with any of the employers in attendance. Many employers also invite candidates to initial interviews during the conference.
In 2006 more than 1300 candidates and 300 companies participated in the SACC programs. Our most recent SACC 2006 was held in San Antonio, TX in November. 350 alumni and 75 employers participated. Attendance for Washington, DC in 2007 is expected to top 700 candidates.
