LIKE A CHALLENGE? DARE TO TEACH!
Harvard
University’ Teacher Education Program (TEP) seeks officers who want to make the
transition to urban, public school teaching! Through TEP you can gain the
skills and knowledge you need to translate your professional expertise and
subject-matter knowledge into classroom practices that will best serve today's
urban adolescents.
TEP is a
rigorous, eleven-month program that includes extensive teaching and coursework
that bridge theory and practice. Successful
candidates receive a Master's degree from Harvard and a Massachusetts
middle/high school teaching credential, recognized in over 40 states.
Ample
scholarship funds are available for mid-career candidates with math and science
backgrounds and for those who have specifically served in the military.
