A STUDY WAS RECENTLY CONDUCTED with the goal of assisting classes with getting memorial articles written. One of the two tools that came out of the study is the following self-written memorial article form that will allow graduates to get the most pertinent information about them on paper to assist those who will be tasked to write the memorial article after their demise. It is suggested that this form be completed in conjunction with a reunion.

Preparing memorial articles can be a difficult task. Providing the information requested below will go a long way to assist your loved ones and friends with writing the final tribute to you.

Note: Please do not be restricted by the space provided for information being requested. The format is being provided only as a guide.
