1. ____________________________desires to become a Friend of West Point in accordance with Article IV, Sections 4.4, 4.5, and 4.6 of the Bylaws of the Association of Graduates.

2. In support of the candidate, we affirm that he or she has conducted his or her life in a manner representative of the best interests of the United States Military Academy. We have furthermore attached to this memo a candidate biography, to include a brief statement of the reasons why the candidate should be admitted to membership.

3. Upon approval of this application, we will be responsible for paying the required fee of $100.00, understanding that the candidate’s membership is subject to that payment.
